Return Policy:

    We want 100% satisfied customers, and we can happily say that our customers are very satisfied with our service. But for the rare case that a customer would like to return or exchange his/her product. We have a Return policy:

    - If your item is defective upon receipt, do NOT use it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for exchanging.

    - Products with manufacturer's warranty coverage in U.S. will be handled directly by their manufacturer's support department. Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

    - All return Items must be unused and in their original condition & packaging.

    - Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we will NOT accept any open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will be simply disposed of without any prior notice. Refund/ Exchange will be refused

    - Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 14 days return period.

    - The Items must be sent back within 20 days from the day you received your order.

    - The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    - The actual shipping cost for the order will NOT be refunded unless we made mistake with your order. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund even the order was qualified for free shipping.

    - If we suspect that the Items have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to dispose or return the Items to you at your expense.

Return Order Instruction:

    - Please carefully read the informaions above to avoid losing your returned items.

    - Please contact us to calrify the returning reason first before you make the return.

    - All returns must get aprroved by our customer support team before you make the return.

    - Please include a note that briefly tells returning reason.

    - All returns must be shipped by USPS with a valid tracking number in order to verify the delivery.
