    - We offer free shipping on order over $100 for USA customers.

Domestic Shipping

    - The orders will be shipped out from California, USA.

    - Most of our orders will be shipped at same day if the order was placed before 3:00pm pacific time

    - You will receive your order within approximately 1 - 8 business days depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

    - We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses by USPS only.

    - You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours after your order is shipped.

    - We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

    - Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $250. Unless you specify "No Signature Required" when you order.

Domestic Express Overnight Shipping

    - Express Overnight shipments will ship same day if placed before 2:00PM (Pacific Time) and arrive on the following business day. Examples:

    - Express Overnight order placed on Tuesday before 2:00PM will arrive your mail box or P.O. Box on Wednesday.

    - Express Overnight order placed on Friday before 2:00PM will arrive your mail box or P.O. Box on Saturday (USPS deliveries on Saturday).

    - Express Overnight order placed on Friday after 2:00PM will arrive your mail box or P.O. Box on Tuesday.

    - Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $250, unless you specify "No Signature Required" when you order.

International Shipping

    - We ship worldwide. However, if you do not see your country from country list, please contact us regarding shipping to your location.

    - Please allow 1-2 days for order processing since the orders require some paper work.

    - International shipments require customs paperwork and will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country. However, It might take longer than usual sometimes

    - All orders will be shipped with our International flat-rate shipping by USPS.

    - The orders' value will be declared as min $5 - max $30 on the custom form for all international orders.

    - Customers are responsible for customs duty and import tax.

    - Customers are responsible for the legality of the items. You may check with your local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within your country.

     - Customers are at their own risk if the items are hold or confiscated by the customs.

     - We do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

Orders Undeliverable

     Should your order be returned to us undeliverable, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:

     1. We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling?

     2. You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card or Paypal minus the shipping and handling charges.
