What information do you collect when placing an order? Why?

     - We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address used to contact you online is used solely for use between you (buyer) and PillowGame.com to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification for suspected fraudulent activities. Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between PillowGame.com and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected after you place your order for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes.

How do I know your site is secure?

    - Only PillowGame.com can read your personal information.Online purchases are statistically safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. Technical experts state that online purchases are far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorized computer.

What will you do with my phone number and email?

    - PillowGame never create or send unsolicited phone calls, email, or postal mail. We will always contact you by email. Your email address is used to send order-related emails such as order updates and confirmations, online shipping confirmations, and customer service inquiries.

How is my order packaged?

     - For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. We ship using plain boxes or standard issue boxes from the carriers like USPS. For more information, Please refer to our Discreet Handling page.

How much is my shipping?

    - We automatically computes and displays shipping options/charges in the checkout page.

What if no one is home when the package comes?

    - If no one is at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. Somtimes, however, the package will not be left if the delivery driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific addresss. If you would like to sign for your package, please specify "Signature Required" in the Customer Note section when you are checking out. Signature will be required on all orders over $300.

Can I ship to an address that isn't mine?

    - When placing an order, you can choose a different shipping address on the checking out pages. However, The billing address must be correct and match to the credit card you will use. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

    - You can always check the status of your order by log into My Account or click Track Order on top right corner of our website.

Can I cancel my order?

    - We can cancel your oder only if the order has not shipped out yet. For all order cancelations, please submit a support ticket at service@pillowgame.com

What is the Return Policy?

How come the carrier was unable to deliver my order?

     - Undeliverable orders are mostly due to incorrect address information or missing address information (apartment number, suite or floor number). Should your order be returned to PillowGame undelivered, unclaimed or refused without prior approval your have two options:

    1. We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling.

    2. You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges.

Do you ship to U.S.territories and APO/FPO addresses?

     - We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. They counts as domastic shipping rate.

Chargeback Policy

    - To make a purchase at PillowGame.com, you agree that you will not file any dispute/claim or chargeback with your credit card company on any order that you have made at PillowGame.com.

    - PillowGame.com considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed and allow us considerable time to resolve or clarify the or matter.

    - We do not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud without exception will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

    - All frivolous chargebacks not only costs our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but costs us money, therefore:

You agree that if you choose to make a purchase from PillowGame.com and file a dispute/claim or chargeback with your credit card company for a situation that contradicts our terms & conditions which you agree to when placing your order OR have not allotted us sufficient time to acknowledge, confirm, and research the situation; and as of any result, you do not win the charge back argument or dispute/claim.

In the event that you win the chargeback with your credit card company, PillowGame.com will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency. The information reported will include full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number.This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years.

Cease and Desist

    - We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Right to Refuse a Client

    - As a side note, management reserves the right to cancel an order and/or issue a refund, and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile customers are those who initiate chargebacks or dispute/claims without valid cause, threaten/harass staff members in person, over the phone, internet, or email, and those who attempt to slander and/or commits acts of libel against PillowGame.com and all divisions there under.  

    - We are not interested in legal battles, but we are prepared to take them on when necessary.

LEGAL: You agree via your conducting business with PillowGame.com that any legal action resulting from any transaction will be guided by the laws of and take place in the PillowGame.com’s home state of Califonia. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.

How do I cancel a chargeback?

    - To undo a chargeback, you must contact your credit card provider and issue a chargeback reversal. Our support team at sevice@pillowgame.com will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
